We provide high quality industrial and commercial cleaning services to Calgary and the surrounding area every day. In the past 3 decades, we have seen rapid growth in both our business and our community, and ServiceMaster Clean of Calgary has risen to meet the needs of our neighbors.

While COVID-19 has taken its toll on the community and the businesses within it, ServiceMaster Clean of Calgary has been working closely with our customers that have remained open to keep their commercial facilities and their workers healthy and safe.  We have also been working closely with customers that are planning their reopening to provide cleaning and disinfection programs that will work best for their facilities.

Our strong team of janitorial cleaning professionals receive continuous training in new technology, like disinfecting fogging and electrostatic cleaning to serve our evolving clientele, from medical offices to distribution centers. Malcolm is a graduate from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management Degree. While at University he served on the General Faculties Council and was a member of the University Senate. After graduating from University Malcolm was a manager in the Hospitality Industry, working with the Billy Macintyre’s Group. Malcolm joined ServiceMaster in 1993 and is President of the ServiceMaster Janitorial Management Services Division. Malcolm has steadily grown the Calgary branch since 1993 to the business that it is today. Malcolm focuses his efforts on providing the client with outstanding customer service, either through his personal efforts or that of his team.

Serdar has been in the cleaning Industry for 24 years with various companies and has been the operation manager with ServiceMaster Clean since July 2019.

As an operations manager at ServiceMaster JMS, he is a key part of the management team that oversees high-level duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. He also analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency in our accounts.  As an operations manager for ServiceMaster Clean JMS Serdar also manages, supervises, hires, and trains employees, manages quality assurance programs, strategizes with staff and management to improve processes. Serdar says he works with some of the most talented people in the industry at ServiceMaster JMS. He and his team work to give our clients the best possible experience and our retention numbers reflect that.

Marcela is our Health, Safety and Training Manager with a background in Psychology. She started her career back home 25 years ago, training and supporting human resources, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Assurance processes in different companies as outsourcing. After moving to Canada, 15 years ago, Marcela gets involved with the cleaning industry supervising teams from 6 to 25 members. Five years later, she became Manager in Calgary in different buildings such as Enmax, Harry Hays, Bow Building and Shaw Court. In 2014 she moved to Medicine Hat to work as Area Manager in Southern Alberta for almost three years, responsible for Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and other businesses in different towns. Responsible for a team of more than 60 people in different locations and servicing clients from private and government sector as City of Medicine Hat, Shaw, Telus, Provincial Building, Medicine Hat College and AHS in southern Alberta.
